Please be aware that in some cases, number of booking may reach maximum capacity, so please email us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the chosen tour to avoid missing out on the preferred. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher via email containing all the details of your reservation. This voucher serves as your reference and can be presented to our team when you join the tour.

 

Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible refund policy. If you have paid in advance and need to cancel your booking, simply notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour, and we will provide you with a full refund.
